Who is responsible

What data we handle

• Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email: your name, number or email and what you write.
• Client portal accounts: name, email, company, language, project data and an activity log with date, time and IP of logins and changes. Passwords are stored hashed; nobody can read them.
• Technical data: server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP, date, page, browser).

Why we use it

To answer inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver your project, give you portal access, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data.

Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies. Only the client portal uses a session cookie (strictly necessary) and a cookie that remembers your language.

Third parties

Hostinger hosts the site and the portal database. WhatsApp (Meta) is used only if you choose to message us there. Site fonts are served from our own server; the demo pages load Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed.

Retention

Portal data is kept while your account is active and then as long as legally required. Failed login attempts are deleted after 24 hours.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at daniel@northoak.online. North oak is based in Argentina; data protection is governed by Law 25.326, and the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
